Very happy with my scooter. I appreciated the Omni assistance for assembly and handling. The after-sales service is top notch, as is the support group. Unfortunately, it is too heavy for me to put in my car alone. I also can't do a wheelie to engage the device. On the other hand, once in place, I enjoy it. So I set out to find and test as many greenways as possible. Here, in the cedar forest, in Vaucluse.

Hello OMNI READER friends, you can trust the OMNI company last year in June I received my scooter and my GLOBE TROTTER wheelchair attachment to an electric scooter. I had a small fixing problem which was immediately resolved by Omni Community after-sales service. Lately charging problem for my COSMO Connect headset. A message to omni the same day after-sales service message confirmation of the part to be replaced which I received the next day.
I thank the after-sales service staff for their response.
